The 2023-2024 three party dates are as follows: 

Halloween: Tuesday, October 31, 2023 @ 10:20 (2:15 for PM K)

Winter: Thursday, December 21, 2023 @ 2:15 (10:30 for AM K)

Spring: Friday, March 22, 2024 @ 2:15 (10:30 for AM K)

Please review the spreadsheet to note which parties to which you have been assigned. Should you be unable to attend a party to which you are assigned, please contact Megan Campagna at meganraslevich@yahoo.com as soon as you are aware so that the space may be filled (bonus points if you know a friend with clearances that can fill it for you!).
 
Please note: if your assigned party has no Party Coordinator assigned, the Party Volunteers will work together to plan the party activities!

CLEARANCES: 
All clearances MUST be on file with the District prior to volunteering in person in the school. 
Clearances are good for 5 years from the date of completion. 
To check the status of your previously submitted clearances, you can contact the District Office at: 412-366-2100

REIMBURSEMENT:  
Please be sure to submit your receipts for reimbursement! The PFA sets money aside for each classroom to help offset any costs associated with volunteers putting on a great party. We want you to claim it! 
 
$32 per classroom per party has been approved for the current year. 
 
Print out the form below, fill out, and send to the PFA Treasurer (you can send it right into school with your child to be sent to the office). Must print out and complete form, attach original or copied receipts, and submit to the PFA Treasurer in a timely manner after your event/expense. No emailed reimbursement requests without forms and receipts will be accepted.  Our fiscal year ends on July 31st. All expenses for the school year must be submitted by that date or they may not be paid. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
